INDIVIDUAL TUITION - I am very happy to take on private clients in Pilates. Clients can be of any level of ability, experience or age.
I usually see clients in my own home; or if time is at a real premium and a suitable space available, I can visit you in your own home or at your place of work.
My experience in the physiotherapy field and over 10 years of teaching Pilates has enabled me to asses an individual's needs, which can be catered for in this One-to-One situation in greater depth than within a group. A progressive individual programme can be devised just for you. I have experience in privately coaching men and women ranging in age from 18 years old to 80 years old.
I can also offer Two-to-One classes, where two clients can be instructed at the same time. Friends, work colleagues and husbands and wives have taken up this option with me in the past.

CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT - No special clothing or equipment is necessary. Just wear comfortable clothes in which you can move. Most clients work in socks or bare feet, but the choice is yours. I can supply mats, music and hi-fi equipment as necessary, but you are welcome to use your own if you prefer.
COSTS
Monday - Friday
£50 for the first Private One-to-One lesson - 1½ hours duration including assessment.
£40 for all subsequent Private One-to-One lessons - 1 hour duration.
£75 for the first Private Two-to-One lesson - 1½ hours duration including assessment.
£60 for all subsequent Private Two-to-One lessons - 1 hour duration.
Saturday & Sunday
£75 for the first Private One-to-One lesson - 1½ hours duration including assessment.
£60 for all subsequent Private One-to-One lessons - 1 hour duration.£110 for the first Private Two-to-One lesson - 1½ hours duration including assessment.
£90 for all subsequent Private Two-to-One lessons - 1 hour duration.
I recommend that your first lesson should be uniquely for 1½ hours
duration in order for me to be able to assess your requirements and
establish your needs and abilities - but if you cannot spare that
amount of time for the first lesson, it too can be for 1 hour
only. Less exercise will take place if the first lesson is only
for 1 hour duration.
If you choose to have the longer first lesson you will note that there is a pro rata saving for you.
MY VENUE
I live close to the centre of Bath with free parking available.
YOUR VENUE
For visits to your venue, a charge will be added to the above costs to cover my travelling time and petrol costs. This is dependent on your address, but is usually in the region of an extra £15 per lesson.
